Your Baby's sample safe in our hands 

We supply you with a specially-designed thermal bag that will keep your baby's umbilical cord blood at optimum temperature until it can be processed. Once your doctor or midwife or phlebotomist has collected the blood you must keep the sample at room temperature until the courier to collects the sample.

Never put it in the fridge or freezer. This will cause the blood to start clotting.

The temperature controlled packaging and anti-coagulant ingredients will keep the sample ambient and in liquid form during its journey to our laboratory. We transport samples from all around the world for processing at the laboratory in Plymouth, you have 3 days to get the sample collected by the courier for delivery to the laboratory
