For the first time, a federally-approved clinical trial is underway to determine whether stem cells from a child’s cord blood can improve symptoms of cerebral palsy.

Type II Diabetes cure may soon be available through stem cell therapy

A study conducted in India, by the department of of Edincronology has revealed that type II diabetic  patients injected with stem cells required 50 per cent less insulin as compaired to those who were not administered with the stem cells.

Two people have had their stem cells transplanted into their eyes as part of a clinical trial to restore their sight.
