Our ‘World Cord Blood Day’ Event!

Monday 12th November, Women’s Wellness Centre, London.

Meet Smart Cells’ Scientific Director Dr. Ann Smith and the Smart Cells Team on Monday 12th November 2018, at the Women’s Wellness Centre, Fulham Road, London.

In celebration of World Cord Blood day, we will be raising awareness on all matters relating to the collection and storage of umbilical cord blood and tissue. Dr Ann Smith, will be talking about the current uses of cord blood stem cells as well as advances in research. We will also have Mr Keith Duncan, Consultant Obstetrician at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital who will talk about the cord blood collection process at the time of delivery and the importance of storing cord blood stem cells. This will be followed by a Q & A session.
