They were very quick to send us the kit, and walked us through the entire process. After the birth, they were very quick to send someone to the hospital to pick up the blood. It felt like the blood arrived in the UK to be analyzed and stored the next day. Everything was very smooth and worry free. We had looked for a number of cord blood and tissue banking services and came to Smart Cell. We were impressed with... the team's knowledge on cord blood and tissue as well as their advice on which product and service was suitable for our budgets and concerns. When it came time to collect the cord blood, we found that Smart Cell delivered all the materials to our home and we were ready to go when we were about to deliver our first newborn. The attending physicians and nurses along with our OB/GYN was familiar with Smart Cell and knew that we wanted the cord blood and tissue after giving birth to our child. Once we had given birth, all the cord blood and tissue was collected and ready to go. We informed Smart Cell that it was ready to pick up and by the late afternoon, Smart Cell came to our hospital and room to collect it. Within two week's time we found out that we had collected a lot of cord blood and tissue which would be sufficient for any future medical needs for our child. The process was smooth and without any issues or troubles. Giving birth is a stressful time and we are glad that we went with Smart Cell as the process was very smooth and worry-free for our family. We can't thank them enough for providing this life changing service during such a stressful time.read more
